A response to productivity challenges
Launched in 2022, the Digital Circuit was created to address the productivity challenges faced by Montréal-based SMEs. Through the first edition of this program, participating SMEs gained access to experts who conducted a comprehensive digital assessment and provided personalized support to guide them toward the most relevant solutions.
Key learnings from the 2025 Digital Circuit edition
A total of 20 SMEs benefited from support in a digital transformation project. The results, marked by the successful adoption of a wide range of digital solutions (ERP, CRM, data management tools, etc.), demonstrated:
- improved internal processes,
- increased automation,
- optimized decision-making for participating companies.
Initial challenges—such as outdated systems, lack of automation, manual inventory management, and limited data integration—were addressed through improved centralization, real-time visibility, and productivity gains.
This positive outcome encourages the continuation and expansion of this type of initiative, with a stronger focus on operational deployment and an emphasis on the importance of continuously adapting processes, particularly through the integration of decision-support tools.
